Refund policy

The daily game and the classic games are free, so this covers token purchases only.

Unspent tokens: refundable for 30 days

If you bought a token pack in the last 30 days and haven't spent any of its tokens, email contact@ndt.llc from your account's address and we'll refund the purchase in full to the card you paid with.

Partly spent packs

If you've spent some tokens from a pack, we refund the unspent part pro rata within the same 30 days (for example, 4 tokens spent from a 10-token pack refunds 6/10 of the price).

Spent tokens

A spent token has delivered what it bought — the archive day, bonus round or replay is unlocked — so spent tokens aren't refunded, except where a game we sold access to was broken and we couldn't fix it; then we'll refund or replace the token.

Charges you don't recognise

Email us first; most surprises are a forgotten purchase or a family member's. A refund through us is usually faster than a card dispute.

How refunds work

Refunds go back through Stripe to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded, its unspent tokens are removed from your account. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law where you live.
